  If you want to talk to a bunch of morons this is a place to go. My husband and I are young, but we wanted to find a good firm to handle our taxes on a yearly basis. We were with h and r block before, but we wanted some more advise as far as maximazing our tax return in the future. So we wanted someone who would know exactly what they are doing. I walked in to discover 3 ladies talking at the reception. They obviously had nothing to do. I was poorly greeted - customer service is not a priority here. After which all 3 started staring at me, I explained that I was looking for more info about their firm as my husband and I are looking for someone to handle our taxes and give us some financial advice to maximise our tax return next year. The receptionist raised her brows and told me she does not understand what is it that I am asking about. I repeated myself. She told me she doesn't know. It made me confused, since I wasn't sure if she still didn't know what I was asking about, or she didn't know what is it they do over there. She offered to make an appointment. I asked her how their firm is better then others, and why we should pick them. She just kept staring at me with no answer, at which point one of the other 2 ladies stepped in to the converstion and told me that it is still unclear to her what I was inquiring about. Then she suggested I check out other places that can "do it" for free. She looked at me like I wasn't good enough to even be there. I asked her "do what?" She said financial services. At which point I just thatnked them for their time and walked out. I did not enjoy being treated like a second sort person. That was so messed up. I will never be going back to this firm ever again!
